Farm House
In the heart of Puglia the Farm House of Masseria Incantalupi cultivates the land, harvesting numerous products: an excellent cold-pressed olive oil, delicious marmalades made from just-picked fruit cooked over a low fire, and the rosoli, a precious liqueur that in its preparation follows the traditional recipe of the manor owners and includes myrtle berries, bay laurel leaves and citrus fruits.
The guests of the manor farm may purchase products from the farm and taste the fruit by picking it directly from the plants; also, if interested, guests are invited to follow the phases of agricultural work learning the biological agronomy techniques applied and the means of transformation of crops into typical products. The current crops are peaches, apples, plums, olives, grass, almonds , vegetables and wheat. A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a vacation in close contact with nature.
